Our 2016 Timetable

2016 - Oil Tumbles First, Home Values Follow

In 2015 we were able to branch out and extend our helping hand to a few outside Harris county. We made new friends in Montgomery, Williamson, Ft Bend, and Galveston county. We're glad to be BFFs. We're social, and we like to be liked. Who knows, maybe one day we'll run for President. This year, we are planning to make sure we don't neglect those in Travis, Lubbock, and Brazos county. Will you be our friend if we can help you?

We are currently awaiting the county appraisal data for Travis and Brazos counties counties. We also received the data for Montgomery and Galveston, but have found that they did not give us all of the data we requested. As soon as we gather all of the data, we need to spend just a bit of time testing. Please be patient with us while we work to validate the data provided to us. This is for your benefit as only accurate data helps you lower your property tax bill. However, you can sign up now to be notified once we go-live for the county you are invested in. To hear more, please let us know which county you are interested in using the form at the top of the page, and provide a valid email address so we are able to notify you.

We’re so confident in our evidence reports that we offer a money back guarantee. If you protest your property’s value, using our report, and the county doesn’t lower it after you attend your formal hearing, we’ll buy that report back from you. That’s a bold statement and we stand by it.

Though we plan to support your county, each county releases their evaluation data to the public at different times. Currently, we don’t have the data for this county. However, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it’s available.
